Fluorometry-dedicated MTP-601 Series enable immunofluorescence and fluorescent
substrate measurement including measurement of various cytokine, growth factor, protease, and DNase.
- Features -
  		• Self Diagnosis Function
    Clear sign of Lamp's lifetime and brightness Total light-up time and brightness of light source lamp are monitored automatically. If Light-up time exceeds average lifetime of the lamp or the lamp shows abnormal brightness, MTP-601 displays warning message enabling operator to apply countermeasure.
  		• Optimization of Microplate allocation
    Preset of microplate format ensure column-by column and row-by-row reproducibility of measurement. Factory installed preset is "greiner, 96-well, black, flat bottom/#781076". Five more profiles can be registered. Microplate model is subject to change without notice
  		• Mixing function
    Built-in shaker with variable mixing speed, linear or round direction of mixing and 3-step mixing time(5, 10 or 20 seconds).
  		• Maneuver Indicator
    LED indicators on operation panel visualize selected items. Combination of setting items are easy to understand.
    MODE : Selection of Endpoint or Kinetics
    SENS : Selection of detecting-sensitivity range
    MIX : Selection of mixing time
  		• Software Upgrade
    Corona Electric provides upgrade software enabling conventional software to be ran on upcoming OS.

    Note : Wavelength of Ex and Em filter should different more than 40nm when they are used at same time.

    Custom-Ordered Filter (Ex/Em) : Arbitrary selection among 400 to 750nm
    Note : An Ex/Em Filter Holder is required in order to install additionally-purchased interference filter.
